Well in 2015 it looks like Spartan Race has big things planned. Here is a little of what they have planned for 2015:
For about a year I kept hearing about this gym that I had to go and try out in Boynton Beach. I was told that it would be right up my alley because the trainers there were going to challenge me with new exercises and techniques that would help me with obstacle race training and my clients. So in the beginning of October I finally decided to go and try out MOVE Fitness a Boynton Beach Gym.
Thanks to my friend at Spartan Race I was previewed a synopsis of the the book “Spartan Up!” written by Joe De Sena the creator/founder of Spartan Race.
